Wow! That hand is exquisite! The position is so awkward but you've pulled it off great! And the clouds in the back look stunningly painterly, before I saw that you'd used Photoshop I would have sworn it was a Painter piece of work! Unbelievable.
Something seems a little off about his anantomy though; his legs (or leg-area) seem slightly short -though it may be distortion casued by scrolling the page- and the foreshortening on the forearm doesn't look quite right, but I can't put my finger on why.
Those hardly detract from the piece though, it has such a great mood and sense of story surrounding it.

Legs look a little short.....Still very nice work....beautiful lighting and mood.
